Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy describes how Perfume Shop processes, dispatches, and delivers your orders. By placing an order in our store, you agree to the terms described below. This policy should be read together with our [Terms of Service] and [Return Policy].
About our products
Perfume Shop sells independent fragrances inspired by the world's most iconic perfumes. All of our products are original olfactory creations, with no affiliation or partnership with the original brands cited as reference. The brands mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are cited solely as olfactory reference.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
During periods of high demand (Black Friday, holidays, product launches), processing times may be extended. We will notify you in advance whenever this occurs.

The times below are estimates after order dispatch and do not include processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and customs processing.

These times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by Perfume Shop. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, weather events, strikes, logistics failures, customs processing, or any event outside our control.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination, package weight, and chosen shipping method. The final amount will be displayed before completing your purchase.
Occasionally, we offer reduced or free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website and official channels.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link for monitoring. Updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.
If you do not receive the tracking number within the processing window, please check your spam folder or contact us at aurastylecommerce@gmail.com.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees
For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all taxes, customs duties, import fees, and other charges levied by the authorities of the destination country. These amounts are not included in the product price or in the shipping paid in our store.
Customs policy varies by country. Before completing your purchase, we recommend that you consult your local customs authority to understand the costs applicable to your order.
If the order is held by customs and the buyer refuses to pay the fees, or if the package is returned to the sender, the value of the product may be refunded less shipping costs and any charges incurred by the carrier.
Shipping restrictions
Perfumes are classified as dangerous goods (flammable liquids) for international air transport. For this reason:
- Some countries may have additional restrictions that are outside Perfume Shop's control
- Shipments are made by carriers authorized to transport this category of product
- Quantities above certain limits may require ground or sea transport, which may extend the delivery time
We are not responsible for orders held or seized by local authorities due to import restrictions in the destination country.
Delivery address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of purchase. Please verify all information carefully before completing your order.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to the buyer's fault, and it is returned to the sender, the cost of reshipment will be charged again. We do not provide full refunds for orders returned due to invalid addresses.
If you identify an error in the address before dispatch, please contact us immediately at aurastylecommerce@gmail.com so that we can attempt to correct it. After dispatch, address changes are not guaranteed.
Orders not received
If the tracking system indicates that the order has been delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend the following:
- Check with neighbors, doormen, reception, or mailboxes
- Consult your local carrier with the tracking number
- Contact the postal agency responsible for delivery at your address
If, after these checks, the order has not been located, please contact us at aurastylecommerce@gmail.com within 15 days of the registered delivery date, so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.
After this period, we are not responsible for orders marked as delivered that have not been located.
Orders returned to sender
Orders may be returned to the sender in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient absent after multiple delivery attempts
- Recipient refusal of receipt
- Refusal to pay customs fees
- Customs hold due to regulatory issues
In any of these cases, once we receive the order back, we will contact you to offer:
- Reshipment of the order, with new shipping charged
- Refund of the product value, less original shipping costs, return fees, and any carrier charges
Damage during transit
We carefully pack each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if the package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos of the external package before opening
- Take photos of the internal contents showing the damage
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, at aurastylecommerce@gmail.com, with the photos attached
We will evaluate the case and arrange for product replacement or refund, as applicable. Damage claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Transfer of risk and title
In accordance with our Terms of Service, once the products are delivered to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. Perfume Shop is not responsible for losses, delays, or damages caused by the carrier after that moment, without prejudice to the assistance we may provide in opening investigations.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch upon request by email. After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard procedure will be a return, in accordance with our Return Policy.
